What Does this Holter Monitor Report indicate?

hi My Holter Monitor report says Sinus rhythm with atrial rhythm. Max heart rate 158 average heart rate 108 rare ventricular ectopic beats. one isolated supraventricular ectopic. no pauses greater than 2.0 seconds Belinda age 33 with 4 children What does that mean.

The rare ectopic ventricular beats are a normal finding in most healthy people and an isolated supraventricular ectopic beat is not significant. The average and maximal heart rate are a little bit higher than normal, but it depends on your physical activity and emotional state. If you experience feelings such as breathless sensation, chest discomfort or anxiety, you should see a cardiologist in order to get a prescription of a B-blocker such as propranolol in low dosage.
